Refund policy

Effective Date: September 15, 2025

This Return and Refund Policy applies exclusively to purchases made through the online store of Kids 1st Pediatrics. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligible Returns

We accept returns for eligible products within fourteen (14) days of delivery if one or more of the following conditions are met:

• The item arrived damaged or defective.
• The incorrect item was shipped.
• The item received does not match the product description.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Digital downloads and eBooks.
• Opened or used items.
• Gift cards.
• Clearance or sale items marked as final sale.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at kids1stwebsite@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. If the return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid shipping label.

4. Refunds

Refunds for approved returns will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Return Shipping

We cover return shipping costs only for returns resulting from our error (e.g., wrong or defective items). For all other returns, you are responsible for return shipping.
